The first book in the Brown Bag series. Here readers are introduced to Flip Flop the lovable flop-eared rabbit, whose love of carrots gets him into some "hare" raising adventures. Meet Betsy Butterfly, who tries to guide him away from what she is sure is danger, and Hoot Owl who ultimately teaches Flip a lesson or two.
ISBN # 0-9704460-0-4
Possum is the second book in the series. Trying to find her "special place" for quiet time, Betsy Butterfly encounters some unwanted intrusions, including the noisy Buzzter Bumble who is found buzzing around her favorite roses, and then, the surprise of someone, or some thing that leads Betsy into an adventure that is anything but quiet.
A bird with no feathers? Say it isn't so! Flip Flop meets a delightful new friend in this third story of the Brown Bag series. A "singin' and dancin'" bird, Jaybird visits the field and the wood for a season of performances, but ends up learning something he'll cherish for a lifetime. Pierre Pillar, the gourmet caterpillar, lends a hand, uh a leg, well, many legs to help Jaybird on his way.
In Gwendolyn readers meet Apples the raccoon for the first time. More interested in sharing a little carrot pudding than anything else, Apples finds himself investigating a "situation" with Flip Flop and Hoot. During their adventure Miss Maple devises a scheme to teach all three characters the meaning of being happy to be who you are.
